Accountability. Structure. Community.

Real Stories from Gym Members

From Overthinking to Taking Action

One member spent years learning, researching investment platforms, savings accounts, and funds without making a decision. Through the accountability of the Gym, she committed to taking a small first step and finally started investing instead of endlessly comparing options.

From Delegating to Taking Ownership

Another member realized she had spent years leaving important financial decisions to others. Over the past two months, she simplified her portfolio, reviewed old investment accounts, and began making investment decisions herself with growing confidence.

From Uncertainty to Clarity

One member arrived feeling anxious about her long-term financial future. After reviewing her finances, speaking with her advisor, and discussing her options with the group, she now feels significantly more optimistic and in control of her future plans.

From Learning to Doing

Several members joined with years of financial knowledge already behind them. What they lacked was consistency. The Gym helped them turn ideas into actions, establish financial habits, and create momentum through regular accountability.

From Carrying Everyone Else to Prioritizing Themselves

One member realized she was spending enormous emotional energy taking care of others while neglecting her own wellbeing. Through reflection and discussion, she began setting healthier boundaries and making herself a priority again.

Most women don't need more financial information.

They need a place to take action.

Who is this for?

The Gym is for women who are ready to make progress and are willing to dedicate a small but consistent amount of time to their finances.

You do not need to be wealthy.

We don’t have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Participant A
Based in the UK after living in Madrid, A has already taken steps in her financial journey, including participating in a structured program in the past. She feels she has made emotional progress and taken small but meaningful actions. However, she experiences her financial journey as somewhat lonely and is looking for continuity and support.

Participant B
Based in the Netherlands, B has been investing for years but mostly passively (e.g. through employer shares). In recent years, she started investing more actively and regularly, but still feels she lacks structure and deeper understanding. B joined to  build knowledge, structure her investment approach, and make more informed, deliberate financial decisions.

Participant C (US-based)
C has a strong academic background in finance (MBA) and is comfortable discussing markets, strategy, and macro topics — but mostly with male peers. She is also exploring her emotional relationship with money through a women’s circle.

Despite strong knowledge, she identified a gap: she is confident with balance sheet and income, but less so with cash flow and day-to-day financial systems. Her goal -  improve her cash flow management and integrate both the analytical and emotional sides of money, while connecting with other women in this space.

Participant D (American living in Asia)
An international professional with experience managing inherited wealth, currently focused on taking full ownership of her financial decisions. She is motivated by the desire to align her money with her values and future goals, while building confidence to manage investments independently.

Participant E (US-based)
A mid-career professional going through a life transition that has required her to reassess her financial situation. She is rebuilding clarity and exploring new ways to improve her long-term financial stability, with a focus on making informed decisions and creating a sustainable financial plan.
